How do I set up external job boards?
From Sesame, you can send your vacancies to different job boards. Before doing so, you'll need to connect each job board you want to use.
Learn how to connect your external job boards:
To configure your external job boards, go to Recruitment >> Configuration >> Publications on portals. Once there, you'll see the list of available job boards with their current status: Uninstalled, Disconnected, Pending, or Connected.
- Click on the card of the job board you want to configure.
- Follow the steps for each job board (credentials, access token, or connection with the external platform).
- Once configured, the job board will appear as Connected, and you'll be able to use it to post your vacancies.
Here's what each job board status means:
- Uninstalled: the job board is not installed. Click on the card or go to the Marketplace.
- Disconnected: the job board is installed, but you haven't completed the configuration yet. Click to do so.
- Pending: the job board is installed, but a configuration step is still missing.
- Connected: the job board is configured and ready to receive your vacancies.
If a job board appears as "Disconnected" even though you've already configured it, your credentials may have expired, or the account may have been unlinked. Please configure it again.
