Can I keep candidates informed about how the recruitment process is going?

With Sesame, you can keep your candidates informed at all times. The system lets you create personalised email templates and configure them to be sent automatically every time a candidate moves to a new stage in the recruitment process.

To create an email template, follow this path: Recruitment >> Configuration >> Templates >> Email templates >> New template.
 


Choose a name that will make the template easy to identify later. Write the email body and insert the default tags available below the text box so the system can automatically personalise the message, for example, with the candidate's name. Click "Save", and your template will be ready to use.

 

How to automate sends in the pipeline

If you link a template to a specific stage, the system will send the email automatically every time you drag a candidate into that pipeline column. Set it up as follows:

  1. Open the vacancy and go to the "Pipeline" tab.
  2. Go to the stage (column) you want to link the email to, click the three dots, and select "Automatic email".
  3. Choose a template and save the changes. Done!
     

Is there a limit on emails per month? 🤔 None. You have unlimited sends, so ghosting isn't part of your selection process.

 

💡 Tip: create a template for each key moment in the process (application confirmation, interview invitation, offer proposal, and rejection). You'll save hours of manual work and maintain professional, fluid, and consistent communication with your candidates.
