Discover Recruitment

Recruitment is Sesame HR's tool for attracting, managing, and selecting talent. With it, you can manage the complete lifecycle of your recruitment processes; from posting the vacancy to converting a candidate into an employee, all from a single platform.

When you enter the module, you'll find a side menu with 3 subsections:

  • Job offers. Groups the lists of Vacancies (active) and Archived. From here, you can create, edit, archive, or delete vacancies, mark priority ones as favourites, and view your drafts.
  • Candidates. Access the candidate Database and Talent Pools. Want to add a candidate manually? This is the place to do it.
  • Configuration. Customise the module to the fullest: your Careers portal, Job board postings, Company data, Templates (for vacancies, emails, and questionnaires), and Candidate data management.

Within each vacancy, management is organised into two tabs. 

  1. In Pipeline, a kanban-style board lets you move candidates with drag and drop, assign automatic emails to each stage, and even use AI to search for profiles, score applications, or analyse candidate profiles in detail. 
  2. In Publication, you can decide which job boards to send each vacancy to: your own careers portal, the internal vacancies portal, Indeed, or Multiposting, with more than 30 external job boards (including LinkedIn, Google Jobs, and Monster).
