Can I inform candidates about the status of the selection process?

Yes, you can keep candidates updated on the selection process.

To do this, you can create email templates to communicate the status of candidates' applications in the selection process.

Are you granting them a second interview? Have they been ruled out of the selection process? You don't need to write this email over and over again; you can simply save it in your own HR platform. You can do this by following this path: Recruitment >> Configuration >> Templates >> Email templates.
 


How can you use these templates? You'll need to go to Recruitment >> Vacancies and click on the vacancy where the user you want to contact is located. Click on the three dots in each status and then on "Automatic email". Finally, the templates you previously created will be displayed, and you can select the one you need.

 

Is there a limit on emails per month? 🤔 None. You have unlimited sends so ghosting isn't part of your selection process.
