How does Recruitment work?

The purpose of the Recruitment functionality is to have all the application processes in Sesame and then to be able to change these candidates to users of the platform in a fast and easy way.

When you access this tool, you will see 3 subsections within it:

  • Vacancies: here you can access key information of your vacancies, such as the status, the number of candidates in each offer, who the lead recruiters are, the publication date, among others. In addition, you can create, edit, archive and even delete your vacancies.
     
  • Candidates: here you can see the cards of each candidate taking part in the different recruitment processes. Use the filter to see only the people who have applied to a specific offer. Do you want to add a candidate manually? This is the place to do so!
     
  • Configuration: here you can set up and customise all the details of your employment portal, such as the company description and data, the email and vacancies templates, questionnaires, among others.

What else can you do with the Recruitment tool? You can post vacancies on Indeed, create killer questions, set up the type of notifications sent to the lead recruiters, have your own employment portal powered by Sesame, and much more!
