The employee does not receive the invitation/access email
If the employee has not received the invitation email, follow these steps:
- Check that the email address is written correctly.
- In the platform, go to Employees > See template > Invitation status. If the status is "Pending", click there and then select "Resend invitation".
- Ask the employee to check their spam folder and verify that the email address is correct.
- Additionally, suggest that the employee consult with the IT Department to ensure that Sesame's domain is not blocked in their corporate email configuration.
