  • I want to assign holidays, but the system does not allow me to

The employee does not receive the invitation/access email

If the employee has not received the invitation email, follow these steps:

  1. Check that the email address is written correctly.
  2. In the platform, go to Employees > See template > Invitation status. If the status is "Pending", click there and then select "Resend invitation".
  3. Ask the employee to check their spam folder and verify that the email address is correct.
  4. Additionally, suggest that the employee consult with the IT Department to ensure that Sesame's domain is not blocked in their corporate email configuration.
