How can I download the results of an evaluation?
From the main Results view, you’ll find the option Download results.
Follow these steps:
- Access the download: click on the "Download results" card.
- Choose the submission date.
- If your evaluation is recurring, you’ll see a date selector (by default, the latest submission will appear).
- 🔴 Do you see a red dot next to a date? It means that the submission has no results and cannot be selected.
- Select the evaluated employees: choose the people you want to include in the report.
- 🔴 Do you see a red dot next to an employee? It means that the person has no results for the selected date, so they cannot be selected.
- Configure the report: choose whether you prefer to group the data by questions or by evaluator.

Download: select the format (PDF, Excel, or CSV) and download your report.
