Which types of answers can an evaluation have?

When you create an evaluation from scratch you can choose from 7 types of answers. These are:

1. Single choice: You can create different answers and the employee can only choose one answer.

2. Multiple choice: You may create different answer options and the employees can choose as many as they want.

3. Text response: Employees can write the answer in a text box.

4. Range: A maximum from 1 to 6, employees will be able to choose from 1 ("disagree") to 6 ("strongly agree").

5. Satisfaction: Employees can choose from the 5 available faces their degree of satisfaction.

6. Star evaluation: The employee will give a star rating, choosing a minimum of one (a little) and a maximum of 5 (a lot).

7. Organizational chart: By choosing this type of answer you will be able to see in the organization chart the response rate of each employee. To make it easier to differentiate, each answer will be assigned a colour.
