Which types of answers can an evaluation have?

When you create an evaluation from scratch, you can choose from 7 types of answers. These are: 

1. Single choice: you can create different answers, and the employee can only choose one. 

2. Multiple choice: you may create different answer options, and the employees can choose as many as they want.

3. Text response: employees can write the answer in a text box.

4. Range: a maximum from 1 to 6, employees will be able to choose from 1 ("disagree") to 6 ("strongly agree").

5. Satisfaction: employees can choose from the 5 available faces to express their degree of satisfaction.

6. Star rating: the employee will give a star rating from 1 (a little) to 5 (a lot).

7. Organisational chart: by choosing this type of answer, you will be able to see the response rate of each employee in the organisational chart. To make it easier to differentiate, each answer will be assigned a colour.
