Can I mark some of the vacancies I’ve created as favorites and sort them by importance or priority?

Yes! You can now mark your most important vacancies as favorites and sort them according to their priority within your hiring process.


Step by step: how to favorite and sort your vacancies

Using this new feature is very easy, and you’ll do it directly from the vacancy list:

  1. Go to Recruitment >> Vacancies
    • Open the Recruitment section from your Sesame HR dashboard to see all your open and closed vacancies.
       
  2. Mark as Favorite
    • Look for the star icon next to the vacancy name.
    • Click the star to mark the vacancy as priority. You’ll see it highlighted in your list.
       
  3. Sort by priority
    • After marking several vacancies as favorites, click Sort favorite vacancies. A menu will open where you can drag and reorder them according to the order of importance you need.
