How can I compare performance across departments, workplaces, and groups?

Within the Company results view, you'll find a visual block designed specifically to compare the performance of different areas of your organization at a glance.

With this bar chart, you can see the average score for each segment of your company. Switch the view using the top selector to compare by:

  1. Department
  2. Workplace
  3. Group


How is data sorted?

The system automatically sorts the bars from lowest to highest score.

  • On the far left, you'll see the teams with the lowest scores, meaning those that require the most attention.
  • On the right, you'll see the teams with the best performance.
  • The list of names accompanying the chart follows this same order.


Color grouping

The bars are visually grouped following the evaluation's color legend (from red to green).
 

💡Tip: if you hover over the color legend, all groups sharing that range will be highlighted. If you prefer to see the detail of a single department, hover over its bar or name to isolate that specific result.

 


Filters 

If you apply filters, the bars will automatically recalculate to show the exact distribution for that selection.
 

⚠️ If your survey or evaluation doesn't have scoring enabled, this block won't be displayed, as there are no numerical measures to generate the ranking.
