Discover Schedule configuration

With the Schedule configuration module, administrators can create all the schedules their company needs, in line with the characteristics of each role or their operational requirements.

Each schedule has different settings and variables, making it easy to adapt to different working day types and ways of working.

Schedule configuration is a fundamental step for Sesame to work correctly. To manage employees efficiently and make the most of the platform's features, each employee must have a schedule assigned.

From this module, you can create and manage:

  • Working hours.
  • Breaks
  • Clock in/out types.
  • Categorised hours.

Additionally, Schedule configuration is directly linked to the Overtime balance, which uses the schedules assigned to employees as the basis for its calculations.

It also integrates with the Shifts module, making it easier to plan and manage work schedules from a single platform.
