What types of workdays are available?
Sesame includes these types of workdays.
-
Full-time schedule, which can be:
- Continuous: one single time block, with a short break of 15 to 30 minutes for lunch.
-
Split: two or more time blocks, with a longer break in between.
-
Flexible schedule allows employees to manage their own workday based on their needs. Employees with a flexible schedule must complete their assigned working hours, but they can decide when to start and finish with some flexibility.
-
Reduced schedule runs from start to finish without long breaks until the total assigned hours are completed, for example, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Shift work covers the total theoretical hours and can take place in the morning, afternoon, or night. Shifts may rotate or not, depending on the company’s organizational or production needs.
