How are the total score and overall average calculated?
The total score and overall average are the highest-level figures in Company results. Both are calculated from the individual question averages obtained in Step 1.
Total score of the evaluated employee
This is the sum of all their individual averages across the scored questions. It is not an average; the values are added together directly.
Example — Tom (5 scored questions):
| Question | Tom's individual average |
| Q1 — Leadership | 4.00 |
| Q2 — Teamwork | 4.00 |
| Q3 — Collaboration | 3.43 |
| Q4 — Knowledge | 3.71 |
| Q5 — Problem solving | 3.43 |
| Total score | 18.57 out of 25 |
Overall evaluation average
This is the average of the total scores of all evaluated employees: they are added together and divided by the number of people. This figure is the "company average score" for that evaluation.
| Operation | Result |
| Sum of total scores (18.57 + 17.00 + 17.67) | 53.24 |
| Divide by number of evaluated employees (53.24 / 3) | 17.75 out of 25 (71%) |
