What types of schedules are available in Sesame?

Do you need to manage different schedules and shifts? In Sesame, there are several types available:

  • Fixed schedule: this type of schedule has a defined start and end time. Within Sesame, we differentiate between a continuous working day (without breaks) and a split working day (with breaks).

  • Flexible schedule: flexible schedules are based on a weekly workload. You set up the total number of working hours and then distribute them across the employee’s working days. The goal here is to cover the required hours. There's also an option to activate  “Schedule without weekly hours”. In this case, the hours worked each day are counted individually, without a preset weekly schedule.
