What data can I view from the Company results view?

The Company results view gives you everything from a global snapshot of your organisation to the most granular detail, organised into the following main blocks:

Evaluation summary

From the header, you can monitor the essential KPIs in real time:

  • Participation rate
  • Participants
  • Question groups
  • Questions
  • Days active

💡 Tip: is anyone yet to respond? Use the "Send a reminder" button to notify pending participants in a single click.

Group averages

View the average score for each competency or question group at a glance to identify strengths and areas for improvement at a macro level.

Group comparison

The spider chart lets you visually compare the performance of the different question groups and subgroups in an evaluation in a single view, without having to review each block separately.

By default, you'll see all scored groups selected (up to 10). If you have more than 10, deselect the ones you don't need.

  • The chart displays a distinct polygon for each type of evaluator taking part. You can enable or disable them to compare perspectives independently.

At least one evaluator type must remain selected at all times. In anonymous surveys, the table shows only the overall average column, with no breakdown by evaluator type.

  • Use the filters at the top to narrow the results to a specific workplace, department, or group.

⚠️ The spider chart requires scoring to be enabled and at least 3 scored groups or subgroups. If your evaluation or survey has 1 or 2 scored groups, the comparison will be shown as a bar chart instead. Groups made up solely of free-text or organisational chart questions are not included in the comparison.

Question groups

If you need to understand the reason behind a score, click on any question. A side panel will open that lets you drill down through several levels of analysis.

⚠️ The data will automatically adapt to any filters you have active in the main view.

  • General data. Immediate context for the question: overall average score, configuration labels (whether it is mandatory and the response type), and the exact count of how many people have answered and how many have skipped it.
  • Averages by evaluator type. You'll see the overall average for that question broken down by evaluator type. For example: you might see that the overall average is low, but identify that "Peers" have scored lower than "Managers".
  • Results distribution. A visual bar showing the percentage of selections for each response option (e.g. how many people selected "Never" vs "Always"). This is essential for seeing whether there is consensus or polarisation within the team.
  • Evaluated employees list (Ranking). At the bottom you'll see the evaluated employees for that question, ordered by score.
    • Individual breakdown. Expand an employee's profile to see their exact score and a breakdown of what score each evaluator type gave them for that specific question.

Special question types

  • Free-text questions: as averages cannot be calculated, you'll see the written responses grouped by evaluator type.
  • Organisational chart questions: you'll see the percentage distribution both overall and by role.
  • Without scoring: if the evaluation is not numerical, you'll see the percentage of selections for each response option.

9-box matrix

The 9-box matrix is an analysis view within Company results that lets you cross-reference two question groups or subgroups from the evaluation in a visual 3×3 matrix, to identify performance patterns across your workforce at a glance.

  1. Select the two groups or subgroups you want to compare: one for the horizontal axis and one for the vertical axis. If your evaluation has more than two scored groups, you can edit them freely.
  2. (Optional) Apply filters by workplace, department, group, or evaluator type to segment the view.
  3. Click on any point in the quadrant to see the evaluated employees in that area and access the detail of their averages on the selected axes.
  4. Use the zoom on any section of the quadrant to enlarge the view, or the internal search bar to quickly locate a specific person.

⚠️ The 9-box is only available in evaluations that have at least two question groups or subgroups with scoring enabled. Groups containing only free-text or organisational chart questions will not appear as axis options. If an evaluated employee is missing a score on one or both axes, they will not be included in the visualisation.

Heat maps

Within the Company results view you'll find the heat map, a block designed specifically to compare the performance of the different areas of your organisation at a glance. You can view the data in 3 different tables:

  1. Distribution by department, workplace, or group

This bar chart shows the average score for each segment of your company. Use the selector at the top to switch the view and compare by department, workplace, or group.

The system automatically sorts the bars from lowest to highest score.

  • On the far left, you'll see the teams with the lowest scores, those requiring the most attention.
  • On the far right, you'll see the best-performing teams.
  • The list of names alongside the chart follows the same order.

The bars are visually grouped following the evaluation's colour legend (from red to green).

💡 Tip: if you hover over the colour legend, all groups sharing that range will be highlighted. If you prefer to see the details for a single department, hover over its bar or name to isolate that specific result.

  • If you apply filters, the bars will be automatically recalculated to show the exact distribution for that selection.

⚠️ If your survey or evaluation does not have scoring enabled, this block will not be shown, as there are no numerical measures to generate the ranking.

  1. Heat map by area

  1. Heat map by employee

To make the data easier to interpret, the system organises the information as follows:

  • Vertical ordering: areas (departments, workplaces, or groups) are automatically sorted from highest to lowest overall score. This means the best-performing teams always appear in the top rows, with those requiring the most attention further down.
  • Horizontal ordering: competencies or question groups appear in the same order in which they were configured in the evaluation questionnaire, keeping things consistent with the original survey design.

Please note that:

  • If the evaluation or survey has question subgroups configured, a button will be available to toggle between the grouped view and the subgroup breakdown, allowing you to adjust the level of detail.
  • The heat map is fully synchronised with the rest of the page; for example, if you apply any filters, the table will be automatically recalculated to reflect exactly that selection.
  • If scoring is not enabled in your evaluation, the heat map will not be shown. In anonymous surveys, organisational units with fewer than 6 responses appear in grey with no score, to protect the team's privacy.

Analysis tools

Navigate quickly between sections using the fixed top menu. You can switch the score display format (percentage or numerical) to analyse the data in whichever way you prefer.

To help you interpret the data, the view includes:

  • Global filters: cross-reference data by workplace, department, group, evaluator type, or evaluator.
  • Colour legend: a fixed bar at the bottom of the page always shows a score range guide so you can quickly identify whether a result is positive or negative. From here you can also find out how these metrics are calculated.
    • Very low: 0 – 14.99%
    • Low: 15 – 39.99%
    • Moderate: 40 – 59.99%
    • High: 60 – 84.99%
    • Very high: 85 – 100%
