How do I search for candidates using the smart filter?
The smart filter is an AI-powered search tool that understands what you're looking for, even if you don't use the exact words. Instead of searching by keyword, you describe the candidate you need in natural language, and the AI finds those who best match, even if their CV uses different terms from the ones you've written.
For example, you can search for "someone with experience leading remote teams," and the AI will find candidates whose CVs mention "managing distributed teams" or "coordinating remote work", even if those exact words don't appear in your search.
How to use the smart filter
- Go to a vacancy pipeline, the candidate database, or a Talent Pool.
- Click the smart filter icon, visible next to the standard search bar.
- Describe the candidate you're looking for in natural language; you can be as specific as you like.
- Press Enter or select one of the suggestions that appear.
- That's it!

Please note
- The AI analyses the candidate's full content: CV, attached documents, notes, and questionnaire responses. The more information their profile contains, the better the results.
- The smart filter and the standard search are independent: you can use one or the other, but not both at the same time.
- Each new search replaces the previous one. Searches do not accumulate.
- The search runs when you press "Enter" or select a suggestion, not while you are typing.
- It works in the vacancy pipeline view, the candidate database, and the Talent Pool.
