How many categories and stages exist for the vacancies?

There are 5 categories in total: New, In progress, Offer, Selected and Discarded.

Categories are organisational divisions used to arrange and group different statuses. They are defined by default, meaning that you will not be able to change the name of any of them, nor rearrange or delete them.

However, statuses can be as many as you want. To add, delete or move a status, go to Configuration >> Templates >> Vacancy templates, look for the template you want to modify and click on "Customise".

 

Click on "+" to add a status, on the bin icon to delete it, or on the grid to move it.

Regarding statuses, bear in mind that:

  1. There cannot be more than one status in the "New" category.
  2. There must be at least one status in each category.
