How can I add people to a channel?
Adding people to a channel in Community is very easy. Let's see how to do it below:
Simple assignment
Click on any of the highlighted areas in the image:

This will open an assignment modal that allows you to choose specific individuals or the entire company. Select the people you want to add to the channel and, once done, click on "Add". Be patient while the system adds all the members; this may take a few seconds.
Once the process is complete, all the people you selected will have access to the new channel.
Important! Currently, only general roles can create, delete, or edit channels, as well as assign members at any time.
Multi-company assignment
To add people to a multi-company channel (groups of companies), there are two options:
- Do it while creating a channel.
- Do it later by clicking on the member’s avatar (1).
Since it is a channel shared with other company(ies), the first step is to find the one where the people you want to add are located.
Then, click on the highlighted area in the picture (2). A window will open where you can find and select the people you want to invite. Don’t forget to click on "Add" before closing the window!

Repeat this process for each company you have shared the channel with. Expanding and connecting teams is that easy with Sesame!
