How do I write job offers with AI?

Sesame learns from the tone, structure, and language of your previous job offers to help you draft new vacancies that fit your company's identity. It's not a generic template; it's a tool that generates content aligned with your employer brand, adapted to the role and seniority level you're looking for.

 

How to use it

  1. Go to Recruitment >> Job offers >> Vacancies, and create a new vacancy.
  2. In the job offer description field, enter the job title and click "Generate with AI".
  3. Select the language you want to write the offer in, add any context information, adjust the tone if needed, and verify that the proposed structure is correct. When you're ready, click "Apply".
  4. The AI will generate a job offer proposal based on the specified profile and the style of your previous offers.
  5. Review the content, edit whatever you need, and save when you're happy with it.
