What contract types can I create in Sesame?
Sesame allows you to configure multiple contract types adapted to the legislation of each country:
- Permanent: no end date. The most common type for stable employees.
- Fixed-term: with defined start and end dates. Includes automatic expiry alerts.
- Internship/Training: training contracts with special conditions.
- Project-based: linked to a specific project or service.
- Freelance/Self-employed: for external collaborators who are not direct employees.
These are just a few examples; there are many more types you can create.
From each employee's profile, under Contracts, you can create whichever contract type you need. By clicking 'Add contract', you can configure all variables that affect the contract, including those related to the job position, working time, and other options, such as enabling the probationary period.
Before finishing, you will be able to link a salary to the newly created contract.
