How do I customise my careers portal?

To adapt the careers portal to your brand identity, follow this path: Recruitment >> Configuration >> Employment portal, and click "Customise portal".

A visual editor will open where you can configure your careers website 100%: the section layout, your corporate colour palette, typography, and all the essential content.

You can also do it in one click with our AI! If you'd rather save time, click "Set up with AI" and let our assistant do the work for you. Simply enter the URL of your current website or briefly describe what your company does, and the AI will generate the text, apply your colors, and choose the typography automatically.
 

 

At the top of the screen, you'll find a navigation bar with key tools to review your design before publishing:

  • Device views (3): switch easily between desktop, mobile, and tablet views to make sure everything looks perfect on any screen.
  • Portal pages (4): browse and edit each section of your site independently:
    • List: the main page with the listing of open vacancies.
    • Detail: the visual layout for each individual job offer.
    • About us: the space to tell the story of your company culture.
    • Apply: the message the candidate will see immediately after submitting their application.

 

All pages within the editor are fully navigable, so click away and explore how your candidates will interact with them!

 

When you've finished designing your ideal portal, simply click the "Save" button (top right) to apply the changes.
