Can I create several employees at once?

Yes, you can create several employees at the same time. In fact, Sesame allows you to create up to 500 employees in a single upload. This helps you save time and create employee profiles quickly and with minimal effort.

Log in to Sesame, go to Employees, and select Import. Then choose one of the three available options:

  1. Multiple employees or update their data: import or update employees’ personal and employment information.
  2. Contract data: import or update only employees’ contract details.
  3. Custom field data: update or complete the custom fields you have created.

Once you’ve decided what you want to import, select the action you want to perform with the template. Here are your options:
 

A. Download the template

 
  • Download empty template: to complete all the data from scratch. 
  • Download template with data: to update or complete the information you previously uploaded. 
     

B. Upload the template

 
  • No matter which template you downloaded, use this option to upload it once all the data has been completed.
  • If any of the options appear disabled, it means you haven’t uploaded data yet.
