Can I delete other users' posts and comments?

Yes. If you have been assigned a higher role, you can delete other users' messages, such as posts that don't align with the company's values, or offensive or hateful messages directed at other users.

Also, if you have the Community configuration access, you can use the Content moderation section to detect and manage this content from a single place:

  • You receive alerts when someone reports content or when the filter detects a word you have configured.
  • You review each alert in context and delete the content from the panel, without needing to be in the channel.
  • When you delete content from Moderation, its author receives a neutral notification, with no details about who deleted it or the specific reason.

This way, you can keep watch and have full control over the posts made in the different Community channels.
