I have a group of companies, can I create shared channels?

If your company is part of a group of companies, then you can connect and boost collaboration through multi-company channels.

To begin, ensure that all the companies within the group are using Sesame and connected to each other. This way, when you click on "Create channel", the system will automatically identify who is creating the channel and show the option "Share channel with". Keep in mind that ALL companies will appear on the list, regardless of whether they have Community installed.

Choose the companies you want to share the channel with. Select whether it will be public (visible to everyone) or private (visible only to those you send an invitation to). Then, click on "Create". That’s it!

The new channel will appear in the "Shared channels" section of the side menu.
