What candidate data can I view in Recruitment?

Each person who applies to your job openings will have their own candidate profile. There, you’ll find the information organized into three columns.

Candidate basic information

In the left-hand column, you’ll see the candidate’s basic information:

  • Contact details: such as name, email address, and phone number.
  • Personal details: such as gender, location, salary expectations, and the date from which they are available to work at your company. You’ll also find a short introduction paragraph.

Interactive tabs

In the center column, you’ll find 4 tabs that organize the candidate’s professional information.

  • Information: review all attached documents the candidate has submitted (such as their CV), as well as URLs to their personal profile, LinkedIn, and the history of vacancies they have applied to.
  • Questionnaire: check the answers the candidate has given to the questionnaire(s) of your vacancy.
  • Activity: track the candidate’s progress throughout the recruitment process: which stages they’ve passed, their current stage, and actions taken (profile reviewed, created as employee, etc.).
  • Reviews: see the evaluations (up to 5 ⭐) given to a candidate by your recruitment team.

Notes

In the right-hand column, you’ll have a dedicated space for your notes. This way, you can leave useful comments that will remain visible at all times for you and other recruiters.

In addition, you have the following actions available:

  • Viewing actions: located at the top left, these let you navigate between candidates in the same stage, see all applicants for a vacancy, use the search function, or even sort them alphabetically.

  • Candidate actions: located at the bottom right, these let you mark a profile as viewed, change their stage, or add the candidate as an employee.
