How do I archive a vacancy?

Got unpublished vacancies? Send them to the archive and keep your panel organised at all times.

To archive a vacancy, click the "File" button. Please note that you can only archive unpublished vacancies.

When you want to retrieve a vacancy from the archive, go to Job offers >> Archived, find the vacancy you're looking for, and click "Unfile". Done!

In the archive, you can filter your vacancies by department, recruiter, location, and comments. You can also access candidate profiles and edit their personal information, add recruiters, and even delete a vacancy.

Please note that you will not be able to move candidates between stages or categories, create or discard candidates, or edit or publish a vacancy that is in the archive.
