How do I create and add candidates to a pool?
In the Talent Pool section, you can create as many pools as you need. To do so, click Add Pool, complete the required fields, and confirm with Create.
Inside each pool, you’ll find the Add candidate button, which lets you open the list of all candidates you’ve already registered. From there, select the profiles you want to add to the pool.
All pools will remain available for you to consult whenever you need them.
