What candidate data can I view in Recruitment?
Every person who applies for your vacancies will have their own candidate profile, designed so your team can find all the information they need without jumping from screen to screen.
The information is organised into three columns:

Basic candidate data
In the left-hand column, you’ll see the candidate’s basic information:
- Contact information, such as name, email address, and phone number.
- Personal details, such as gender, location, salary expectations, and the date from which they are available to start working at your company. Plus a short personal statement.
- Consent and Talent Pool chips: the first indicates whether the candidate has accepted the privacy policy and how long their consent is valid for; the second shows whether the candidate has agreed to belong to a Talent Pool for future processes.
Interactive tabs
In the center column, you’ll find 5 tabs that organize the candidate’s professional information.
- Information: review all attached documents the candidate has submitted (such as their CV), as well as URLs to their personal profile, LinkedIn, and the history of vacancies they have applied to.
- Questionnaire: review the candidate's responses to the questionnaire (or questionnaires) for your vacancy.
- Activity: track the candidate’s progress throughout the recruitment process: which stages they’ve passed, their current stage, and actions taken (profile reviewed, created as employee, etc.).
- Talent Pool: check which talent groups a candidate belongs to. You can also add them to more pools or remove them from existing ones from here.
- Reviews: see the evaluations (up to 5 ⭐) given to a candidate by your recruitment team.
Notes
In the right-hand column, you’ll have a dedicated space for your notes. This way, you can leave useful comments that will remain visible at all times for you and other recruiters.
In addition, you have the following actions available:
-
Viewing actions: located at the top left, these let you navigate between candidates in the same stage, see all applicants for a vacancy, use the search function, or even sort them alphabetically.
- Candidate actions: located at the bottom right, these let you mark a profile as viewed, change their stage, or add the candidate as an employee.
