How to create a vacancy?

Recruitment >> Vacancies

From Recruitment, click on "New vacancy" and add the following information:

  1. Vacancy name, description, and cover.
  2. Activate the option "Post vacancy on Sesame".
  3. Configure the vacancy by adding details about the job position and location.
  4. Select the data that will appear in the application form.
  5. Select one of the questionnaires you have previously created.
  6. Select the hiring team: primary recruiter and secondary recruiters.
  7. Click on "Create vacancy". You can either publish the vacancy or save it as a draft.

Please remember that the system will not allow you to post the vacancy without first filling in the mandatory fields (*).

By applying through your employment portal, candidates will be able to complete the assigned questionnaire. 

Once an application has been submitted, all candidates with wrong answers will appear in the "New" column of the selection process under the Killer Questions tag. This way, you can identify them and assess their responses.
