Can I assign recurring days off to several employees at once?

From the Shifts timetable you can assign recurring days off to several employees at the same time, without having to repeat the process for each person.

To do so, simply follow these steps:

  1. Open a timetable and click Add >> Add day off.
  2. In the employee selector, search for and add all the employees you want to assign the day off to. You can select several at once.
  3. Choose the date range: the start and end date of the period.
  4. In the day-of-the-week selector (M, T, W, T, F, S, S), tick the days on which the day off applies.
  5. Click Save. That's it! Assignment complete.
