What are the timetable statuses and what do they mean?
The shift timetable has a status system that indicates where it is in the workflow at any given time. These are the possible statuses:
- Pending: the default status while you are building your schedule; the timetable is in draft mode.
- Published: the final status in the workflow, the schedule is now visible to employees in their app.
- Unpublished changes: changes have been made to an already published timetable, and the schedule needs to be republished for the changes to be reflected correctly in the employees' app.
In our Shifts tool, autosave is enabled. This means that every time you add or modify an element in the timetable, changes are saved automatically.
