Can I hide employees for a specific time period?
Yes. You can hide the employee rows you need, not only in the monthly view, but also in the daily and weekly views of the timetable.
To do this, simply select one employee (or several) in the timetable and click "Hide employees" in the bulk actions menu. You’ll see three available options:
- Hide for the current month.
- Hide indefinitely.
- Hide for a custom date range: lets you select the exact start and end dates for the period during which you want to hide those employees (ideal for use cases such as extended sick leave, long holidays, etc.).
This feature is very useful for keeping your planning clean and focused only on the team members who are available at any given time.
