What views are available in the Shifts timetable?

Our shifts tool offers three types of views based on how the information is organized. You can switch between them at any time from the timetable header.

Employee view

This is the default view. It displays one row per employee with their assigned shifts for each day.

Shift view

The left column shows a list of all shifts created and associated with that timetable. For each day, you can see how many people are assigned to that shift, making it easy to identify whether a shift needs more staff or is already covered.

Role view

The left column shows a list of roles to which shifts have been assigned in that timetable. For each day, you can see how the shifts are organized and the workload for each group, as well as how many employees are on each shift.

You can switch views at any time without losing the schedule. Each view is simply a different way of reading the same timetable.
