What is "Staff volume" in the day view?

The "Staff volume" shown in the day view of the Shifts timetable (just above the grid) displays how many employees are active in 15-minute slots, with a breakdown by job title. This information helps you identify the moments with the most (or least) coverage and verify that you have the right positions covering each slot.

What can you see

Collapsed view (numbers)

A row of numbers, one for each 15-minute slot in the day (from 00:00 to 23:45). Each number indicates how many employees are active in that time slot.

Expanded view (bar chart)

Click the arrow (▾) on the right-hand side of the section to expand it. You'll see the same time slots represented as vertical bars: the tallest bar corresponds to the busiest moment of the day.

Hover over any number or bar to see:

  • The exact time slot (for example, 11:00 – 11:15).
  • How many employees are active, and what job title each one has.
