Can I add notes to shifts in the timetable?

Yes. Each shift in the timetable supports a note (internal annotation) that you can use to add context or specific instructions for that particular shift.

How to add a note

Click on an already assigned shift in the timetable and press the pencil icon (edit). In the side panel, you will find a free text field to add the note. Once saved, the note is linked to that shift on that specific day.

Notes are visible to the administrator from the Shifts panel. Use them to record details such as special instructions, reasons for a change, or any information relevant to the team manager.
