Discover Shifts
Shifts is the tool for planning and managing your team's work schedules. From this module, administrators can organise who works, when, and on which schedule, with a clear weekly view updated in real time.
The main screen shows the company's active shift timetables, with information on their status (pending or published), the number of people assigned, and the date of the last modification. From there, you can access each timetable, create a new one, or view archived schedules.
Within each schedule, you can view shifts by employee, shift, or position. The weekly calendar lets you assign shifts to each person in just a few clicks. Once planning is complete, you can publish it so employees can view it from the mobile app.
The tool also includes Performance indicators, which allow you to compare the estimated and actual cost for each week.
From the Shifts configuration, accessible via the settings icon, you can manage workplaces, shift types, schedules, breaks, rotation patterns, legal restrictions, and the collective agreements applicable to each schedule.
