View type

Sesame allows you to view timetables in three formats: daily, weekly, and monthly. Choose the view that best suits your planning needs.

Search and filters

The toolbar includes a search bar and filters so you can quickly find people or the information you need. A direct and practical way to work!

Viewing options

Configure how you want the timetable to be displayed:

  • Show by name.

  • Show employees without shifts.
  • Show contract hours (regardless of whether theoretical hours are calculated based on the assigned schedule or shift, or on the contract).
  • Include theoretical hours on public holidays.

Alerts

If there are any errors in the timetable (e.g., less than 12 hours of rest between shifts or weekly/annual hour limits exceeded), Sesame will display a red warning icon in the toolbar along with an "Unfulfilled restrictions alert".
