What tools are available in the shifts timetable?
At the top of the timetable, you'll find a range of tools to help you manage all your team's shifts more easily.
View type
Sesame lets you view the timetable in 3 different ways: daily, weekly, and monthly. Choose whichever you need at any given time.

Search and filters
In the toolbar, you'll also find these two features, which allow you to search and filter information in a focused and direct way, making things much easier!
Display options
From the eye icon, you can enable and disable what information appears in the timetable:
- Show shifts by name, abbreviation, time slots, duration, and activities.
- Show hidden, available, or unassigned employees.
- Show or hide empty rows.
- Show contract hours (regardless of whether theoretical hours are counted based on the assigned schedule or shift, or based on the contract) and include theoretical hours on public holidays.

Alerts
When conflicts arise in the timetable (for example, an employee not having 12 hours of rest between shifts, or exceeding their weekly or annual hours), a warning indicator will appear in the top toolbar with a list of the violated restrictions.
Download timetable
You can download the timetable as a PDF to share with your employees.

Copy schedule
Allows you to duplicate the shift structure of one week and replicate it across any future period with a single click.
Add
Clicking 'Add' lets you choose between a shift template (repeated use), a custom shift (one-off), or a day off.
Publish timetable
You can publish timetables by period: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Configuration
Provides direct access to the configuration menu, where you can manage: workplaces, shifts, schedules, breaks, patterns, holidays, time off, restrictions, and agreements.
