What are performance indicators?

Performance indicators (also known as the "Costs table") give you visibility into the costs generated by shift planning. Access the indicators from the timetable toolbar.

You will have access to a comparison between the estimated cost and the actual cost of shifts. With this tool, you can monitor the budget, detect deviations in real time, and optimize available resources.

To ensure the data appears correctly, make sure the 'Cost per hour' field is filled in on each employee's profile (Employment data >> Cost per hour). With this data, Sesame will calculate the total weekly cost and the daily cost for each employee.
